Kim brings to APR a wealth of skill, experience and professionalism, and is partnered with a group of distinguished real estate professionals who are the most sophisticated and technologically advanced marketing firm specializing in distinctive properties and estates.

Kim entered the real estate field with 15 years of prior sales and negotiation experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in History/Political Science. She specialized in International Business and International Relations with an emphasis on the Pacific Rim.

Kim has been recognized since her first year in real estate as a top producer in the Carmel~by~the~Sea Office, winning the “Rookie of the Year” Award in 2001. Most recently Kim was awarded the 2008 Stanley Award by the same office for her dedication to serving the real estate industry. Demonstrating a high degree of talent, efficiency and sincerity, Kim is known as a skilled negotiator, orchestrating all parties to each transaction. Kim will negotiate the best possible price for you avoiding unnecessary delays assuring a prompt and smooth sale for all. Currently, Kim is enjoying serving on two local real estate boards. She is the 2006 Past-President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Monterey Peninsula Chapter as well as on the 2008 President Elect for the Monterey County Association of REALTORS®. Serving on these boards gives Kim the cutting edge knowledge of the industry to keep her one step ahead of the competition. Giving back to the real estate community is an honor for Kim and she does it with pride.
